Energy/Chakra Balancing for Adults
These sessions are aimed at correcting energetic imbalances in adults that can often manifest as excessive indulgent behavior, withdrawal or aloofness, insomnia, restlessness, anger, sadness, depression, disorientation, lethargy, sluggishness, negative emotions or just not feeling fully out there. All physical ailments first manifest as energetic imbalances and emotional blockages. During these sessions, I work on clearing and balancing chakras (energy centers in our body) and releasing all kinds of energetic imbalances. These Sessions are ideal for those, who may not be suffering from a visible physical ailment but still feel something is not quite right. After these sessions you will feel centered, grounded, lighter, joyful, loved, loving, calm, refreshed, energized, motivated and confident to face life, in touch with the real you and able to get rid of old patterns that do not serve you. These sessions can also be combined with a Healing or Counseling Session for best results.

Energy Balancing for Kids
Upon special request, I am now also introducing energy balancing/restructuring sessions for children. These sessions are formulated keeping sensitive, hyperactive, creative and generally all children in mind. They are meant to assist children eight years of age and above to cope better with challenges that they may be facing at home, at school or under peer pressure. Life can often render challenges to children that they may not yet be equipped to deal with. Young children often act as sponges and absorb negativity from their environment. They are indeed angels full of love and light and pure energy. But current living conditions can sometimes prove too harsh for children’s gentle energies and cause stress and trauma. These sessions are aimed at empowering and healing children through a special energy balancing technique and helping them release pressures, negative influences, traumas, emotional and physical stress that they might be absorbing from their environment at their young age.
